Water and ramadan

The precious month of Ramadan is the most anticipated month for all Muslims. It is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar when Muslims sins are forgiven and reward for charity is multiplied.

Apart from fasting, Ramadan is most significant for several reasons which include:

This is the month you need to donate more even if you have been doing that before to double your reward. It a golden chance to have your deeds multiplied. This is the month you give little to earn big rewards. It is a rare opportunity to touch lives of the poor people who have no helpers. This can be the ultimate grace for you to gain access to Paradise with ease. The Prophet, upon him be peace said: There is a door of Paradise that’ll only be entered by the charity givers: “Whoever gives charity for Allah’s sake, will be called from that gate of Paradise and will be addressed, ‘oh servant of Allah! Here is prosperity.’ Bukhari and Muslim. This is indeed the right time to achieve this.

With your donations, together, we can bring smiles to the faces of thousands of families by giving them access to clean and drinkable water this Ramadan, and beyond. The water which you will be providing will help in saving lives of the vulnerable women and children from water borne diseases and keep families healthy and safe.

Remember, Allah says: “The similitude of those who spend for the sake of Allah’s is that of a grain of corn, which grows seven ears, every single ear has a hundred grains, and Allah multiplies it (increases the reward ) for whom He wills, and Allah is massive (in resources) He is All-Knowing.” (Qur’an, 2:261).
